The event takes place yearly in Milan (November 15 to 17) to give the city three days to discover the taste and pleasure of Italian made food and wine. From the first ice cream parlor opened in 2011 in Peschiera del Garda, Latteria Ugolini has brought in a short time his brand to have, today, 10 franchised stores in Italy and abroad with a steadily increasing expansion. Between late October and December 2014, in fact, two new stores in La Spezia and Turin are in the process of opening. The secret of this success lies in the quality of the product and in its playful delivery. The choice of Milan this event in particular, was born from the desire to promote the brand both to the public and to potential franchising investors. Le gelaterie self-service Latteria Ugolini nascono dall’idea imprenditoriale di Majcol Ugolini che ha voluto ampliare la storica attività della famiglia, l’Azienda Agricola Ugolini che esiste a Lonato del Garda sin dal 1880, puntando su un nuovo concetto di offerta del gelato di alta qualità. I gelati Latteria Ugolini sono serviti in modo alternativo e divertente con il coinvolgimento diretto del cliente che si serve da sé. Tutti senza glutine e preparati al momento, inoltre i sorbetti alla frutta sono senza lattosio, con fruttosio e adatti ad una dieta vegana. Completano l’offerta, nello spirito aziendale attento alla sostenibilità, una continua cura e ricerca nel proporre i propri prodotti usando metodologie e strumenti rispettosi dell’ambiente.
